The website has a lot of information and many testimonials. It is easy to navigate and they even have a Colon Test quiz.
On the downside, you are only getting two products for the price, which is a bit steep and I really question whether 21 days is enough to provide a thorough cleanse for someone with a very toxic colon. In my experience, it can take up to three weeks for the body to start eliminating toxins, especially for those who harbor a lot of colon build-up. Homeopathy works on an energy level to stimulate healing so you will not get the really dramatic results you could obtain from a powerful fiber supplement that can produce instant results.

The Colon cleanse contains bentonite, which some experts warn against due to possibly toxicity because of its high aluminum content. Like many of the colon cleansers on this list, Enuvia’s Colon Cleanser also contains Cascara Sagrada, which is not recommended for longer than 1 to 2 weeks according to the PDR for Herbal Medicine, yet they recommend their colon cleanser for 30-days. The Kidney Cleanse contains soy protein, which is a common allergen. The company claims that, “people of all ages, with varying degrees of toxic accumulation, can benefit from the Énuvia Internal Cleansing Program”, but many of the ingredients are clearly not suitable for children.

The text is so tiny on this website that I had to borrow a magnifying glass to read the menu.

There is an ingredient list available but unfortunately, the company chose to use tablets, which may be cheap to produce but not the most effective way to take supplements. Fiber is most effective when used in a powdered form. Their Multi Fiber colon cleanse contains Cascara Sagrada, which is not recommended for longer than 1 to 2 weeks according to the PDR for Herbal Medicine:

“Stimulating laxatives must not be used over a period of more than 1 to 2 weeks without medical advice.” There's no warning on the website regarding the safe use of Cascara Sagrada. There isn’t a single testimonial for the Ultimate Cleanse. >>>

Step Two also comes in gelatin capsules. Their colon cleanse contains Cascara Sagrada, which is not recommended for longer than 1 to 2 weeks according to the PDR for Herbal Medicine, yet they attempt to sell you the product for use month after month, without any type of warning.

At first glance, their website and product seem professional enough, until you look a little closer.

Some of the problems we’ve identified:

- The company claims that Bowtrol “has changed hundreds of thousands of people's lives” yet there are only four testimonials to be found on the testimonial page.

- There is no contact address anywhere on the website. This is always a red flag when ordering on the Internet.

- Shipping charges are inflated. Standard shipping is an outrageous $19.95 for four bottles of Bowtrol, plus another $5.95 if you want it within a week.

- Their return policy is complicated and not user-friendly at all. They deduct a processing fee of $10/bottle and you also lose the high shipping fees they charge. This is how their Money Back Guarantee starts: “With our product you can't lose.” How about the processing and shipping fees? If you take advantage of their “best offer ever” and get a 6-month supply, you can lose as much as $85.90 on processing and shipping fees when you return the products 6 months later (you can’t return them sooner).

We would seriously question any company’s credibility that would add such a deadly substance to a natural product that is designed to cleanse your body of the ill effects of harmful toxins. Dr. Mercola’s website has many informative articles about the dangers of aspartame.

Anyone who is involved in the field of natural health would be well aware of the dangers of artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame. Obviously, these formulas could not have been designed by anyone remotely involved in the field of detoxification or alternative medicine. >>>
