Supreme Cleanse Internal Cleansing Progam is a two-week program that is available in most health food stores. The kit contains four products: RejuvePowder – a fiber supplement, Sweetish Bitters Elixir, Scudder's Alterative Supreme and Red Clover Supreme. Although these products contain some interesting ingredients, there’s no mention of exactly what their functions are in cleansing the body and promoting weight loss. In fact, other than instructions for use and some general guidelines, there is very little information available.

It seems like a very time-consuming program as there is a specific morning routine to follow, which includes dry skin brushing the entire body, followed by taking products before breakfast, mid morning, before lunch, mid afternoon, before dinner and finally before bed. There are also specific foods to eat and avoid. Here’s a summary of the daily routine while on the Supreme Cleanseprogram:
Begin the day with a glass of warm water with fresh lemon or lime juice. Dry skin brush entire body before bathing in the morning. Sip on plenty of warm water throughout the day (at least 64 oz. daily). Engage in at least 20 minutes of exercise daily. Chew solid food well until thoroughly liquefied before swallowing. Maintain a balanced routine of rest and activity.

We like that fact that the labels are clearly identified on the website and that they use some organic ingredients and also grow some of their own herbs. We are a little disappointed at the lack of testimonials and in our opinion, it is not possible to obtain a thorough cleanse in two short weeks so you will probably have to purchase several packs before you see results.
