Enuvia’s system includes a separate colon, liver and kidney cleanse. The Colon cleanse contains bentonite, which some experts warn against due to possibly toxicity because of its high aluminum content. Like many of the colon cleansers on this list, Enuvia’s Colon Cleanser also contains Cascara Sagrada, which is not recommended for longer than 1 to 2 weeks according to the PDR for Herbal Medicine, yet they recommend their colon cleanser for 30-days. The Kidney Cleanse contains soy protein, which is a common allergen. The company claims that, “people of all ages, with varying degrees of toxic accumulation, can benefit from the Énuvia Internal Cleansing Program”, but many of the ingredients are clearly not suitable for children.

There’s no mention of how long you should be on this program. They tell you to start a new cycle every 90 days. Does that mean that you should be on their cleanse indefinitely? Very few and rather impersonal testimonials. They do offer a 90-day money back guarantee.
